Birthplace: Milwaukee, WI. I'm not telling WHEN! I actually lived in Bay View through 5th grade.
Kids: Just the most adorable, precious and special little guy ever! He is my joy and makes me stop working so much and enjoy life more!
Pets: An adorable shih tzu named Cooper. He has been attention starved ever since Caleb was born!
ipod: I love music! Sorry, no country though. I like lots of different stuff. Coldplay, David Crowder Band, Sarah Barellies, Nichole Nordeman, some Pink, U2, Afro Celt, Madison Greene.....
Movies: I love movies, but don't get to watch many since Caleb was born! I always wanted to be an actress and do movies! I get very swept up in them - I fully engage! I love classics like Wizard of Oz and newer movies like Moulin Rouge, Elf, all the X-Men movies, Bruce Almighty, The Princess Bride, all the Disney/Pixar movies, suspense movies, etc, etc. The Oscars are like the Superbowl to me!
Mac or PC: MAC all the way!! I've used both and love my Mac. No way I'd give it up!
Free Time: What is this "Free Time" you speak of???
Spring time allows me to get back outside and stop hibernating! I am loving taking Caleb to the playground at South Shore Park! We also love going to Chill on the Hill and the South Shore Farmer's Market for yumminess. I just love being able to spend time with Tim and Caleb - even if it's grocery shopping. It's better with them!
I love doing ANYTHING with friends. Coffee, dinner, a movie, just sitting and talking is wonderful. I can talk to an adult!
I don't really have hobbies. Caleb, church and family and friends keep me pretty busy. But I have always wanted to get more into photography. I also desperately miss acting! I would love to do Community Theater somewhere sometime!
Coffee order: I spend my "work days" at Stone Creek Coffee in Bay View. I don't have a "usual", but I like the Mexican Spice Latte, a good mocha, and occasionally a Caramella (all with skim milk and no whipped cream - don't need the extra calories and fat!).
Favorite childhood memory?
My parents were divorced and my father was murdered when I was 13, so I don't have a lot of memories from my childhood when my parents and my sister and I were all together. I do remember not long before my dad was killed having "deep" conversations with him in the car ride to and from home when visiting him. We would talk about things in the news and such and I felt so grown up having those conversations with him!
My mom worked very hard at giving us great memories! One thing I remember is that we didn't have money for big vacations, but I remember going to the Wisconsin Dells. To me, it was as big a vacation as going to Disneyland! I remember the old time pictures and swimming in the hotel pool. My sister and I loved going to the hotel and swimming in the pool! We had some great times together!
